1400 sq ft home at Cardiff by the Sea. 2 bedroom. Remodeled into a 2 bedroom plus den with larger changes for a better living room and kitchen layout.
The kitchen was re designed and moved from the entry to open up the entry and create an open space kitchen with a counter. A space to cook, have conversations and enjoy the views.
