Qualification details
You must have a listing agreement in place with a real estate agent.
You must have at least a 680 FICO (varies by state – HI: 740+, NC: 700+).
You must have sufficient equity in the home.
You must be an owner or be able to act on behalf of the owner (e.g. POA, LLC, Trust) of the property.
Your property list price must be under $8M.

No. this requires a soft credit check, or "soft pull”. A soft pull is a review of your credit report that does not affect your credit score and is typically not visible to lenders.

The funds can be used for many selling and prepping expenses including staging, painting, landscaping, flooring, photography, line of credit. Its like a credit line with low fees valid till you close escrow or for 12 months whichever is sooner.

Interest rates are usually an average of 1 to 1.5% per month. Notable’s interest rates are typically about 1.5 to 3 times lower than standard credit card rates. Interest applies only to the outstanding principal amount, accruing from the moment of disbursement (when you use the funds) until the amount due is fully repaid.
